Employment Agency Boosts Its Services

BIGGER and better than ever!

That is how IPC Employment has celebrated the start of its third employment services contract and opening of its Wollongong, Dapto and Shellharbour offices.

Area manager Doug Gee took the opportunity to describe IPC Employment as a Job Network member committed to bringing Illawarra jobseekers and employers together.

He said that since 1989 IPC Employment had achieved considerable success in placing thousands of satisfied jobseekers in employment.

``We enjoy being actively involved in the communities we are servicing as well as bringing local job seekers and employers together as we have done for 14 years," he said.

Mr Gee said IPC's team of Illawarra professionals offered a variety of services tailored to the needs of job seekers and employers.

``For those job seekers registered with Centrelink, and who are having to choose a local Job Network member, IPC Employment offers eligible jobseekers intensive support services, including Job Search training and customised assistance programs, to assist them in gaining employment," he said.

``Upon registration IPC Employment will assess your skills and experience, lodging a vocational profile resulting in daily matching to jobs." "

Mr Gee said IPC Employment also had strong relationships with community organisations that assisted in the provision of valuable skills and resources.

It also ran a successful job placement service which offered a recruitment process including advertising the vacancy, short-listing resumes, pre-screening applicants and organising interviews.

``IPC Employment caters for both large and small companies, tailoring their service to suit any type of business," Mr Gee said.
